Overview: Before starting up, first check if the compressed air pressure meets the requirements (above 0.6bar), and check if all main components are intact, such as the heating belt, scissors, and various trolley parts. At the same time, check if there are other personnel around the machine to ensure safety after startup.

1. Before starting, check if the compressed air pressure meets the requirements (0.6 bar or above), and check if all major components are intact, such as the heating belt, scissors, and cart components. Also, check the surrounding area for other personnel to ensure safety after startup.

2. Clean the feeding system and metering machine before production to ensure product hygiene.

3. Turn on the main power air switch, connect the power to start the machine, set and check the temperature of each temperature controller, and install the packaging film.

4. Adjust the bag making and check the coding effect. Simultaneously, start the feeding system. Once the material reaches the required level, start the bag making mechanism, and check the vacuum degree and heat sealing quality of the vacuum chamber. Once the bag making meets the requirements, start filling the material and begin production.

5. During production, constantly check the product quality, such as the presence of vegetable shreds, vacuum degree, heat sealing lines, wrinkles, and weight, to ensure that the basic product requirements are met. Adjust as needed.

6. Operators must not arbitrarily adjust certain machine operating parameters, such as the number of runs and various parameters of the servo and frequency converter. If adjustments are needed, they must be reported to the section chief, and the relevant maintenance or technical personnel must make the adjustments together. During production, operators can adjust the temperature of each temperature controller and some phase angle parameters according to the actual situation, but they must first notify the group leader and section chief to ensure that all equipment operating parameters are controlled during the entire production process, ensuring stable equipment operation, normal production, and product quality.

7. If equipment problems or substandard product quality occur during production, the machine should be stopped immediately to address the issue. It is strictly forbidden to attempt to fix problems while the machine is running to prevent accidents. If the problem cannot be solved or is significant, immediately notify the group leader so that maintenance personnel can assist in handling the issue. Simultaneously, hang a "Under Maintenance, Do Not Start" safety warning sign. Operators must work with maintenance personnel to resolve the problem quickly and resume production.

8. During operation, operators should always pay attention to their own and others' safety, especially paying attention to the safety and protection of the heat sealing knife, scissors, cart parts, vacuum chamber, camshaft, metering machine cup observation hole, metering machine stirring, and conveyor belt to prevent accidents.

9. When operating the machine's touch screen, only use clean fingers to gently touch the screen. Do not use fingertips, fingernails, or other hard objects to press or tap the touch screen; otherwise, damage caused by improper operation will result in compensation according to the price.

10. When debugging the machine or adjusting the bag making quality, bag opening quality, filling effect, cart bag unfolding, and bagging, only use the manual switch for debugging. It is strictly forbidden to perform the above debugging while the machine is running to avoid accidents. For major faults requiring debugging or opening the cam box to adjust the cam or replace springs, etc., a "Under Maintenance, Do Not Start" safety warning sign must first be hung on the machine's touch screen. Anyone who sees a safety warning sign must not start the machine; otherwise, they will be held responsible for the consequences.

11. Each operator must maintain the cleanliness of the machine and the surrounding floor, promptly cleaning vegetable shreds from the floor and machine. Do not place film rolls, cartons, or other miscellaneous items around the machine. Place non-conforming products and miscellaneous items in designated plastic baskets, maintaining a clean and organized work area.

12. Regularly clean up fallen vegetable shreds to maintain platform hygiene. Also, always check if the conveyor belt is misaligned. If misalignment occurs, correct it immediately to prevent damage to the conveyor belt.

13. After each shift, operators must thoroughly clean the equipment. During cleaning, do not use large amounts of water or high-pressure water to rinse the equipment (except for the dedicated small water gun provided for each machine). Pay attention to protecting the electrical components. Ensure that the machine and floor are free of standing water before leaving.

14. Before leaving work each day, accurately record the consumption of packaging film for each machine and the total consumption of packaging film for the shift. Also, record the output of each machine and the total output for the shift.
