- The DC-230/DC-230S is suitable for filling and capping chilled food products such as yogurt, soy milk, soy yogurt, and juice in self-standing pouches. The product features accurate filling, thorough cleaning, tight capping, and reliable quality. The machine will not fill without a pouch and will not cap without a lid; electromagnetic capping (servo motor capping is optional).
- The crane arm electrical cabinet features a waterproof design, a 10-inch true-color large screen, and a circular sealed tank that can be connected to CIP cleaning. The machine frame comes standard with a clean cover and an optional laminar flow cover. The machine's electrical components are from brands such as Siemens (Germany) and Schneider Electric (France). Pneumatic components are from brands such as Festo (Germany) and SMC (Japan).
