- The DC-830 is automated equipment for producing high-quality lipstick using silicone molds. The raw materials for the lipstick silicone molds are made from materials fully recognized by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration as completely harmless to the human body. These silicone molds outperform similar products in terms of elasticity, recovery, and service life, thus enabling the production of high-quality lipstick.
- The filling and cooling sections are composed of a turntable. The turntable rotates at a certain speed, allowing the silicone molds to maintain a stable temperature in each unit, enabling the production of lipstick of consistent quality. The container supply and discharge sections are also turntable-based, facilitating operation by a single worker.
